161/366 - "Doggy on Board"

After we finished I sat around the finishing area for day 1 and snapped some photos.  Every year this couple and their dog participate.  Usually they carry their pooch in a backpack.  I am guessing because of the heat, they decided to put her in a basket.  Either way I really get a kick out of the dog leading the way goggles included.

106/366 - "Good Dog"

Tonight we went to have birthday dessert at our neighbor's house.  They have the most well behaved dog that I know.  His name is Bender and not only did he sit here for photographs, he did so until I was done.  He does tricks and is great with the kids.  If we ever get a dog, he will be going to the Nancy Kline dog training academy.

This is a picture of Ellie May.  She belongs to my dad, Pam, and little brother Seth.  Ellie May was laying on the couch that morning looking out the window.  I was able to get her attention so she would turn to me and I snapped the photograph.
